White Away - Review & Loyalty Campaign
Automated incentive campaign to increase conversion and loyalty
The online retailer faced low response rates to their review submission mails following a verified purchase. Average rates were between 2-3%. Our team created a concept and developed a fully automated process for White Away. For every successfully submitted review the shopper got a small reward. In this project White Away worked with a major consumer electronics brand that provided care products and accessories as the rewards to this post-interaction mail campaign.
Our ‘always on’ review reward technology got smoothly integrated as part of their eCommerce loyalty program. The results were strong, with upwards of 80% of reviews coming through this activity.
